KeyCall

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of KeyCall ("KeyCall," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use KeyCall.

The service

KeyCall turns a call recording you upload into a transcript, a structured lead profile, drafted follow-ups, reminders, and a CRM-ready export. It is a productivity tool, not a licensed real estate, legal, or compliance service — you remain responsible for your own professional and legal obligations, including everything you send to a client, however it was drafted.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and a working real estate professional (or acting on behalf of one) to use KeyCall. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Recording consent and compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required by law before recording a conversation, and for complying with recording-consent, telemarketing (TCPA), and data protection laws that apply to you and your clients. KeyCall requires an attestation of consent before processing a call, but does not independently verify it. You agree not to use KeyCall to record or process a call without the legally required consent.

Subscription and billing

New accounts get a 3-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at $29/month, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings or Billing; cancellation stops future charges but we do not provide refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid for, except where required by law.

Your content

You own the recordings, transcripts, and lead data you upload. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide the service to you (transcription, extraction, drafting, reminders, export). AI-generated summaries, extracted details, and drafted follow-ups can contain errors — review them before relying on or sending anything to a client.

Third-party integrations

Exporting to MoxiWorks/MoxiEngage, CSV, or a Zapier/Make webhook sends your data to that third party under its own terms. We are not responsible for how a third-party service you connect handles data after export.

Acceptable use

Don't use KeyCall to violate any law, to record someone without required consent, to send unsolicited or non-compliant messages, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (including automated bulk usage designed to exceed normal individual use).

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

KeyCall is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from AI-generated content, missed reminders, or third-party integration failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using KeyCall and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which KeyCall's operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
